I am currently tapering down from 15mg Valium (1 x 10mg in the am, 5mg in the pm) - originally started Klonopin in 2011, 1mg bid.

You will get plenty of sound advice and support here.  You have made a good decision to taper off these drugs.  Are you familiar with the Ashton Manual, I will put a link here for you: “Professor Ashtons Manual” Its an authoritative resource on benzodiazepines and how to withdraw, the general rule of thumb is to reduce between 5/10% every 10/14 days
