Does anyone have anything that will ease the discomfort. It seems to be where my remaining tension focuses. I use all the stuff to keep my gut healthy but it does nothing foe the bloated squeezing feeling. Ouch

My stomach looks like I have been 9 months pregnant for 8 years. I am thin everywhere else so nobody thinks I'm fat. At this point, I am just answering that the baby is almost here!  :-)

Cannot WAIT to deliver this one. lol

Bernard1, You don't say what year you jumped was this last year if so then it is normal to still have the belly ..It does ease as time goes on ..this is a longer lingering symptom it seems and the pressure and hardness are terrible ...mine started to ease of at the start of month 22 I am now into month 23 just and it is much better ...It just went down one night ...it does still swell a little right at the top mainly but not so hard and not so big just a little at night ... Best Wishes Tass.x

2000 mg of vitamin C (absorbic acid) worked for me. There is evidence from studies that high dose Vitamin C reduces cortisol so I  tried it. I have found 2000 iu Calcium Citrate helps with the bloat I developed since jumping last summer. There are studies on it also. I have gone from Phase 3 to Phase 4 since starting both of these. Took about a month of daily use.

Hope you find something that works for you!

My stomach is killing me. Painful and cramping and just a poison kind of feeling. I'm so worried that it's cancer. I don't have the big pregnant belly look. It's regular size but so painful. I want to do a scope but my doctor won't allow it until I've taken meds for a while but although I keep buying the prescriptions I can't take them. My mind doesn't let me because of the ptsd from taking clinazepam.

Any suggestions? Anybody else have this and healed from it?
