Wave?

I've been off for a year. There were a few times I've taken Valium for medical procedures. Is it possible I could have had a 5 month window? Do windows even last that long? There were a few days I felt yucky in the 5 months but overall I felt great and was outside functioning with almost no symptoms. After the 5month window I had a panic attack which has set me back. Is it possible that I'm in a wave? Has anyone gone so long with a window you thought you were healed? Only to feel horrible? I'm wondering what so much is me or this withdrawal.

I'm guessing it's a wave, and it's not you.  Setbacks are very common, but they don't last as long.
