Has anyone else taken Lexapro?

I took my first dose on Wednesday. I was fine until around 2 in the afternoon. Then I had anxiety and it scared me. It feels like it made me feel out of it. I decided not to take anymore. But I still feel this way 3 days later. I just don't feel right.

Has anyone else felt this way?

I've tried Celexa and Lexapro in the past.  Celexa caused a reaction like you're describing, so I stopped immediately.  Lexapro didn't cause any startup problems but I'm not sure I got any benefit from it either.

 

It did take a few days for my system to settle down after trying the Celexa.
