I see loads about this in the benzo community on Facebook.

I've mentioned panic from a young age and this was brought up

How would you go about getting a test for this?

I'm in the UK and the only site recommended charges 129 pound and I just don't have enough money for it.

I'm certain I have vitamin deficiencies too but my doctor won't test me.

Are there legit sites that do these tests for cheaper?

Really want my vitamin levels tested.

My insurance covers blood tests for the mthfr gene but I also did a test I paid for that was 600 dollars to check more deeply into indeficiencies I don't know if there are cheaper tests available that are as accurate

Hey sonia, It has been recently discussed on some support groups, like the Long Hold, and others...

That might shed some more light on the whole story, save you some money, and perhaps some stress...
