On day 4 of my daily liquid microtaper.

 

Dealing with side effects of the hydroxyzine. Palpitations and chest discomfort. Tapering off so I don't have rebound nausea.

 

Nausea is still strong. Maybe a 9 instead of a 10. Severe back pain from laying on our terrible couch.

 

Really don't know how long this tolerance will take to go away at such a slow taper but I'm hoping it's pretty quick so this nausea goes away.

 

Still not convinced I don't have something going on with my heart, stomach or head.....

 

I need a break, I know that much.

 

Does anyone have experience with tolerance and DLMT?
