Tossed out to SEA!!!!

Next week I will benzo free for 12 months. 

I'm still not getting a clear run and today is a horrible day with lots of crying. I really thought I would be further ahead.

I feel like I've been tossed out to sea and trying to find my way back to solid ground.

I haven't had a good day for about 3 months and I'm starting to wonder if this is me forever.

I just need some better days to give me some strength to hold on and get back on track.

This is just so hard.  The unknown is crippling me.

I pray for angels to sit on my shoulders and keep me company through this hell.

Please tell me it's going to get better and I'm still healing.  Is it true the best healing happens in the second year?

I'm in the same boat as you! Pun intended for the sake of you saying you're out at sea. I'm off 12 months now and the past few months have been rough. I'm trying my best to keep holding on. So you're not alone. Right now we both typed this and posted mins apart. We are both together in feeling the same.

Stay strong Nicole this has to get better for you, me and everyone.

I hope we can hear from someone ahead of us that was still struggling at 12 months off and is now feeling

much better.
