I'm 10 months out. Woo hoo!! The improvements are snail pace with constant setbacks but in a lot of ways I feel better. Still limping through life and waiting for a completely normal day. Lots of symptoms are still here either full time (buzzy head, skin burning, pain, tired, ect), or pop in and out. I was Just wondering if anyone out there has anything to say about body pain. Especially arms and legs and especially at night. I can't sleep, the pain wakes me up and it's like a dragging, pulling, arthritic kind of pain. It is excruciating. It has happened before but for the last couple of weeks it's every night. Anyone had this? How long did it last? Thanks guys.

I know it's not for everyone, but I was having a massive amount of body pain.

Two weeks ago I joined a gym with a sauna.

I've gone 4 times a week for the last two weeks now and I stay in the sauna for about 40 minutes

I break it up in 20 minute sections, cool down and drink tons of water.

After getting out of the shower I jump in a *freezing* cold shower.

It's called hydrotherapy.

This has helped my body pain *SO* much. I'm sitting here writing this not in total pain for the first

time in a *VERY* long time.

Previously I was doing hydrotherapy at home, with a hot shower then a cold shower.

.. or hot epson salt baths.... then draining the bathtub and putting a cooler shower on.

Try these things if you can, it will help.

Thanks for the reply. I should try the sauna. I used to be a great fan until it made me feel sick. I think it was benzos starting to effect me. Haven't done it for a couple of years. I do have POTS though so it may not work. Thanks for the suggestion. I will give it a go. Cheers

Yeah! Just make sure you drink tons of water before and drink water while in it.

Take it slow. I know it's not for everyone but it has been working wonders for me so I just thought I'd say something.
