Symptom I never knew might be from Xanax

Hi all!  So while I have only been taking Xanax habitually for about 4.5 years, before that I took it for flying.  In 2005 I started having this weird dizziness that seems to be located behind my left eye.  I went to every doc under the sun including an MRI and nothing came up.  I wound up doing a 20 day cleanse - all raw, vegan foods then a liquid diet for the last week, and it went away.  It has come and gone since and I wonder if it is a side effect of xanax.  I have heard others describe the rocky boat feeling, which is kind of what it is like.  It comes and goes in varying degrees but is tolerable.  It is definitely located more on my left side of my head, like I said seems to be behind my eye.

Anyone relate?

I had something slightly similar but I felt more incline to answer your post because 95% of my horrible optic nerve migraines where behind my left eye. Strange it's the left. Hmmm

Would you say benzos are a cause of headaches then? I have started a thread specifically about this.
