Thanks for posting this information  .  I started having weird bladder/pelvic floor problems after starting benzos.  I had some childbirth issues before, but nothing like these problems.

I have frequent urination too :tickedoff:

It started at 3 months out from cold turkey

I'm now 8 months out and it's still ongoing

I also have some pelvic pain and discomfort

I never had this before until withdrawal
