Electric shocks

Can anyone relate this went away for months and last night it happened for what seemed like all night I was just about to sleep and started to feel the jolts again.... im so depressed has anyone had this happen it's unnerving

The healing process can be like this. It's not linear, symptoms can come and go. But one thing is for sure, they will get better.  I hope you feel better soon.

There's at least one member here (Rose) that reports that the electric shocks were the prelude to her healing.

 

 

Maybe this is a positive sign.

I hope so... I  finished my taper last march and then I was doing much better in the summer and then took quite a few doses in august then in November I reinstated for like a month only and wasnt taking more the a milligram for a month then I just stopped and I have been hit hard and feel very depressed.  I don't know what to do.  Im losing hope
