Ack - I get zero relief now from my .375 dose of K...

Ugh - I feel just like I did when I was completely off - rotten.

 

I cannot tell any difference now when I take my k dose. In fact, my brain keeps telling me to just stop it. (I know, I know - don't do that...it ended badly the last time I jumped from .25...)

 

But honestly, I feel just as bad right now as I did at my worst 3 weeks after I jumped. (which, OF COURSE, leads my brain to decide that it's actually a serious illness not benzo WD, which of COURSE, leads to more anxiety and further suffering...)

 

I'm only 5 days out from a cut of .5 to .375 (yes, I know it's big...)

 

I'm going to keep going on .375 and see if I can stabilize. It just sucks when I completely CANNOT concentrate and barely follow a simple conversation at work. I'm also not sleeping too well again - don't usually go to sleep until about 2AM and wake up several times. HERE WE GO AGAIN!

 

I had planned to do a liquid microtaper, but then didn't. I should probably seriously consider that now since I don't seem to be responding well to the big cuts, like I was before. I just get scared that it's something more serious. My whole body is burning today, my right side hurts, my left side hurts, palpitations, short term memory is AWFUL, etc. (you know - the symptoms that can get the best of all of us...)

 

I just needed to post/vent I guess. I know there are many that are worse off than I am though.
