Anxiety is up, sleep is a bit less

 

Still better than being stoned

 

Must exercise, weight going on big time and appetite is enormous. I know exercise will help with the anxiety. MUST. GO. TO. THE POOL@6AM (i am awake anyway, and it's 5 mins from home)
