I started taking prazosin for my high BP and nightmares, last night I took it around 12:30am then woke up around 1:45am and it felt like I was having a heart attack, I was dizzy and felt like I was passing out and my pulse was going a mile a minute, I was afraid to even go back to sleep even though I guess I did, anyone else have that same experiance on this med?

Ive used it before for nightmares but didn't notice any side effects. Sorry to hear that :-[
