9 months update

Hi everyone ,

 

Just an update that I am 9 months of no Xanax and Paxil. I really feel better. My symtoms are lessen and mild on most days . On good days , I feel happier , calmer, more confidence , positive in life . I feel much better than even before it when I was on benzo ! my morning adrenaline surges are better, my intrusive thoughts seem better too , I feel my brain is getting clearer and my me merit seems getting better. Im able to talk to people in person or in phone with less anxiety now .  Still dealing with heart pain and do and dr . On bad days the symtoms are less intense and took less time . If to give a number , on good days I would give myself a 60-70% better. On bad days still 40-50% better .  Hoping to recover by 12 months !!

That's awesome, Tracey!! I remember we were pretty close (I'm almost 8 mos out) and same here. Can you believe we made it this far?!

So happy for you Tracey!! At almost 10 months out I am feeling better too. I also feel happy a lot more and positive. Yes there are still some waves but overall life is looking much brighter and clearer  these days. We have been through hell both of us- and so glad we have slowly made it to the other side!!
