At 8.5 months out has anyone else experienced strange waves, ie: sleeping dreaming and waking up as if you didn't sleep at all? Some days boaty feeling and dizziness was OK, then other days it lasted all day and all night? I feel like I'm going backwards sometimes, like I felt better weeks before. Love k

At 8.5 months out has anyone else experienced strange waves, ie: sleeping dreaming and waking up as if you didn't sleep at all? Some days boaty feeling and dizziness was OK, then other days it lasted all day and all night? I feel like I'm going backwards sometimes, like I felt better weeks before. Love k

 

after 6 months, I had a week where I slept 7 h (i thought I was already healed ). After 2 weeks, now, I am sleeping 4 hours again with vivid dreams (nightmares ), dr dp during the day.

 

Benzo life, deal with it  just make it fun.
