Hello everyone music buddy here! I can't even believe the short two months ago I was 10 pounds underweight throwing up in a trashcan hallucinating in a rehab center. I had a seizure and my heart stopped twice.. My journey was Ativan/ Valium off  and on for seven years and was diagnosed with MS even the doctors didn't realize it was the benzo's the whole time. I am in and out of symptoms now, but everything is so much better than it was I've gained 11 pounds I'm able to work and do music and 90% of the time it doesn't interfere with my life.  I finished my taper 16 days ago and I'm so happy to be off that shit!  The remaining strange symptoms are visual depth perception issues sometimes my face will go numb and my teeth will go numb  or my left arm goes numb I've had random headaches and sometimes I get dizzy but it's getting less and less. I've avoided caffeine and most sugar all together and I won't be trying those for a few more months. I was just hoping that this could give somebody help because I know how hard we all struggled. I almost died, my heart stopped twice and I had a seizure so I've been to the depths of hell with this shit and I'm bouncing back. I've been exercising every day even if I felt too weak to do so, I've been eating superclean and healthy lots of fishes and vegetables omega oils and chia seeds . I meditate daily and  Family has been very supportive I also go to intensive outpatient treatment and I see a drug counselor and therapist outside of that. I'm really hoping that everyone believes that they can get through this because I know for me there were moments where I literally wanted to die but I'm still here and I'm very glad that I am. I take Remeron, gabapentin, and Trileptal still and I'm supposed to come off of the gabapentin  at some point. Well that's it for now have a great weekend everyone!

It's great to hear that you're doing so well after what sounds like a really rough withdrawal. I hope you're having a good weekend too.
