I finished my lorazepam taper last night and am somewhat hesitantly trying 0 today. Pretty much so far so good - just a little clamminess earlier - so I'm hopeful I feel okay without it.

I saw this in your Progress Log and PM'd a congrats, but here you are!  Congrats again, I think you'll be fine.  I jumped at .0625mg of Xanax (which is the equivalent to jumping at .125mg of Ativan)with no new symptoms.

I hope I feel as good tomorrow as I do today. It's been over 24 hours now since I've taken a pill fragment. High hopes for morning.
