I forgot how to live not sick

This has been quite the journey for myself and my family. My husband is amazing. I have been feeling well for almost a week. It has really been awesome! EXCEPT....I don't know how to live not sick anymore....I feel like I need to go to rehab just to learn how to live again. I also am constant fear of my anxiety coming back...

Who has experienced this? Will it just return in time? Thank you!

So glad that you are feeling better, after more than 2 months off! That is so great! It will all come back to you. The further away you get, I think you'll remember how you were pre-benzo and your anxiety will be less and less. It's normal to have anxiety that you'll feel like you did before. Coming off benzos is a pretty traumatic experience!
