Started DLMT - praying for improvements

Looking back at my history it seems that I started my taper in tolerance and have been there with any hold over a couple weeks. My nausea always kicked up and got worse at that point, along with angry outbursts.

 

I learned the hard way that fast, big cuts weren't the answer along this journey so daily liquid microtaper seems to be logical at this point.

 

I started yesterday again. And I'm praying for some relief from these tolerance sxs. Mostly severe nausea.

 

With cut and hold I'd feel ok or good the first 1-4 days after my cut before my sxs would ramp up. Any idea how long it would be with the microtaper for me to see some improvements if it's tolerance?

No improvements this morning.

 

Actually much worse. I was taking hydroxizine and seemed to be having a bad reaction to it- palpitations, weird chest pain, anger.  Stopped taking it yesterday and the nausea is by far the worst it's ever been. Not sure if you can have a rebound effect from the hydroxyzine or not.

Sorry your really having a hard taper here. I wish I could give you advice at this point but I think your doing all you can. Be strong Dad!
