Super dizzy today. Could this be a sx or from my allergies?

Hello buddies,  I woke up this morning and hoped out of bed and almost fell over.  I've been pretty dizzy all day today.  Not blood pressure related or anything.  More like when you spin a few times and try to walk.  I look around and it makes me dizzy so now I'm starting to get a headache and nauseous from it. 

 

I also have had pretty bad allergies over the last week so I'm not sure if it could be related to that or benzos.  Terrible itchy eyes, running and stuffy nose, sneezing, etc. Dizziness has not been much of a sx of mine in w/d or allergies so I was a bit shocked this morning.  Is this a sx others have had at such a late stage or is it likely allergy related?  I'm generally about 85% healed I would say but have been in a minor wave for a few weeks with an uptick in anxiety, muscle twitches, and tinnitus.  Thanks all!

Allergies can really spike my withdrawal symptoms in addition to causing annoying symptoms of their own.  I get light headed, achy, irritated, sneezy, and even more anxious, too.  Quercetin capsules help keep the allergies somewhat under control.  It's so hard sometimes to tell the difference between the WD and allergy symptoms at times.  That's great you are 85% healed and hope these symptoms let up for you.

Also, using something like Sinus Rinse (which flushes out the nasal cavities) can help relieve allergies.  I've been using it for about 12-13 years.
