Scared 2 days in c/t Klonopin wd

I am a long time Klonopin user for GAD. I was on 1.5 for about 4yrs got pregnant in 2010 stopped c/t was told I had too. What a nightmare. I was awake for months it felt like. Body tremors, panic attacks and I was so sick throwing up 24/7 for months. It was a awful pregnancy. I did end up having a healthy baby. That's miraculous because I thought I was not going to even make it.  So I took a .5 Klonopin few days after giving birth, I went back to Klonopin. .5 2x a day. Welll then my Anxiety came back full force, my father took his own life. We moved.  So I went back to 1.5 daily of Klonopin. Fast forward 5yrs my oldest son was diagnosed with depression. He tried to take his life. Stirred up my PTSD.  The anxiety and stress was too much. I went to my dr raised my Klonopin to 2 .5 tabs in the morning, 2 .5 at bedtime.  Was not long that it was not helping

I am glad you found us today. i am sorry about the loss of your father. Tolerance is often quickly reached after a reinstatement. The recommended reduction rate is 5 to 10 percent every two weeks. A gradual taper really is the best way to try to minimize symptoms.

So you can get tolerance after holding a taper for to long. I was reinstated at too low of amount 2.5 Valium after being on Monday detately high doses of klonpin and Ativan for a month about, to stabilize me after cold turkey withdrawal that lasted 9 days.  I have held it for 3 weeks the only thing that this has helped is mental things. Physically I have so many horrible symptoms. How did this happen after such short a time. I must have such down regulated gaba.  Am I in tolerance now that I have been on them for 3 weeks and I should taper feeling this bad and I'm not functioning or should I dose correct like my psychiatrists who is ok benzo wise says and go to 10mg Valium a day get stable then start a slow microwave taper he says cut 1/60th a day and if I feel bad hold a little bit. Thank you everyone. I'm just learning this site so howfullly I do everything right while being extremely sick.
