Withdrawal from clonazepam

Help with tachycardia caused by withdrawal from clonazepam.i have taken xanax for 4 years 6 months and clonazepam for 2 years 6 months.

I have tachycardia since 20015 after withdrawal from clonazepam. I need help to understand how to get normal heart rate.
