Fearful thoughts

I'm having fearful and negative thoughts that bad things will happen to my loved ones , are these part of the wd and intrusive thoughts and they are not real ? Just making sure cuz they make me worry about my loved ones .

I believe it's just more helpful symptoms from our benzo brains - however, do beware of the ides of March!
