Random shooting pains in arms , hands legs anyone?

Hi guys, I've been feeling rather anxious lately, so I'm thinking this is probably withdrawal and anxiety related but occasionally I seem to be getting a shooting pain down either of my arms or up my leg or in my wrist. It doesn't seem to last long. my mind is playing some tricks on me and trying to make it into something more . Is this a common symptom?

Thanks for responding! God bless

Yes.  I had shooting pain that went into my outer fingers and also shooting pain in my feet - It's been gone for awhile now.

Ya I had that for awhile off and on. Was weird but I simply wrote it off as withdrawal. Must have been because for a few months now I haven't had it. It was down my legs into my feet or arms down into fingers. All gone now though. B

So many weird sensations.  One that I've had off and off is the sense that my cell phone is vibrating in my pocket.  I have to reach for it every time it happens because I don't know if it is the phone or not.  This particular sensation isn't painful but it is incredibly annoying, especially when it happens with a high frequency.

No but I have developed this chronic migraine I cannot seem to beat. No nsaid, steroid, or triptan will touch it and my CT scan was clean so it's just my brain being a jerk and firing off pain signals for no reason. :/
