Please help me

I contacted my doctor because I've been extremely dizzy and faint all day this morning and my anxiety is bad she wants me to take a little bit of Xanax to feel better and I know that I would feel better if I took it but I really don't want to take steps back would be absolutely horrific if I took a rescue dose I haven't taken a single rescue does into and a year since I started tapering but today I just feel like the worst anxiety ever and I can't even walk because everything is spinning I feel so sick with anxiety and my heart is racing would be absolutely terrible fight took a tiny bit?

 

this is not a slippery slope thing for me I have amazing willpower but I would like to not feel like death right now and be lying on the floor

I took 3 rescue doses in my taper, once to get in a cat scan machine, another for something else I forget, and one more when my dad died last oct. I didnt effect my taper in the slightest.

I wouldn't rock the boat with Xanax, you might as well take a very small amount of Klon, which might not even help, but that said I've taken rescue doses before and it helped.
