Great talk by Dr Helena Popovic, MD, specialist in neuroplasticity (how to change and improve brain function).  Big focus of her talk is on reducing risk of, and/or, slowing the process of dementia/Alzheimers.

Hey Lap, glad you enjoyed it, yes, she's a terrific speaker.  Lots more to be found on Youtube, I listened to several of them, but the devil in me threw this particular link down because of her remarks on psychiatry.  Hah.  She's an independent thinker for sure and I also love her holistic hands-on approach.

 

Lots of takeaway messages and I hope it'll bring some reassurance to those who are concerned about dementia.  "Dementia is a lifestyle based disease".
