15 weeks out

ouch; no better; still acute; still really out of it all the time; more wreckage almost every day; and it's been accumulating for awhile. There is NO normal or close to it ever. when i can sleep i wake up with a start already in hell and internal shaking mega acute; it never stops; it mitigates a little here or there; i stopped the remeron too a few weeks back; desperate to just get all that psych drug toxicity at least out chemically; i do not have particular faith, or even any real faith anymore, that i'll have some sort of miraculous return, how ever steady and slow.

 

 

i'l;l come back with something airy fairy and nice as pie some other day...thnx for reading...hang in there kids...
