Hello everyone. So its almost 3 months for me and I barely made any improvements.

Main symtops are (from worst to least)

Brain fog (I feel like im functioning 70% of my normal self, at work it's getting bad people are really starting to notice something is off)

Muscle twitching at work

Insomnia (can get about 5-6 broken hours in)

Depression (not as bad as before but still)

I just need a little word of encouragement, I was thinking that it usually takes the same amount of time to heal as the tine you were on it, so im really hoping by May/June I will be fine.

Anyone one else have decent success with cold turkey. My other issue is that ive been drinking about 4-5 beers a week to help me relax afterwork.

I just cant take it anymore

that is a myth. i have seen members who took them for just weeks take months to heal and i have seen members who took them for decades heal in much less. Everyone is unique in the healing process, and there is no crystal ball that can predict what symptoms one will have or how long they will have them. I think that one of the many things that make the healing process so difficult is that you don't know how long it will take....that you can't compare yourself to anyone else. At this point everything you are going through is pretty normal. You did a cold turkey withdrawal which are ill advised for a number of reasons, one of them being that symptoms can be pretty bad, especially during the early months.  Your CNS has been through a lot. Give it some time to heal.  :smitten:
