WHAT IS TOLERANCE WITHDRAWAL? COS I THINK I HAVE HIT IT !!

Hi folks. Just woke up there in a terrible panic, couldnt breathe, really terrifying. I dont get it im on 25mg diazepam per day , but i am getting these symptoms. Is this tolerance withdrawal? And if so what do i do about it?  God i hate this !! Also getting shaky and nervy while im on this dose. Dont really know whats happening. My head is all over the place. Any advice would be very welcome . Thanks.

Could you create a signature that would display under all your posts showing you dates of use, dose, taper speed...

 

It is really hard to give advice without knowing the whole picture.  Early morning panic is not uncommon in withdrawal. Have you recently made a reduction in your dose?

Hi cantfly, benzos , thanks for the support. Truth is my dosage has been all over the place, and i think that is prob why im feeling like this, im not stable! I am finding this very hard to stick to a schedule, as i cant get a script from the doc, so have been buying online. Really need to sort this out, get stable, then stick to a taper. Its so easy just to pop another pill if i feel like it. Wish i was back under the docs tapering schedule but the Head of Addictions team took me off my taper, said i didnt need a taper in the first place????? wtf, and ordered my doc not to taper me anymore.

Thing is i was doing really well went from 50mg a day to 15mg a day and then this Addictions guy just stopped my taper??? And its all been worse and a bit chaotic since!

It was much easier being tapered under my doc as he would only give me a weeks supply at a time so i stuck to the regime. Much more difficult now. But no ones fault but mine. I am the one who put them in my mouth in the first place!!
