Is coffe helping anyone?

Ever since i noticed every little bit of alcohol on things is affecting me badly, i thought i'd start drinking to balance things. And indeed it works, instead of feeling anxious i feel more motivated, euphoric on stimulant stuff.

Although I reduced the amount during my withdrawal, drinking coffee really helped my morning cog fog and depression.  I switched from regular beans to half-caff beans, and that did the trick.

I did try quitting coffee a few months ago and it made my withdrawal symptoms a lot worse, I suspect it's because caffeine affects GABA in some way.

I stopped my caffeine intake for three years, because I was afraid it would make my symptoms worse.

But now I drink coffee and tea and seems to make no difference either way.

I used to drink a lot of coffee and I love coffee so I am glad to be back to drinking it in the morning.

Keeping it to mornings to make sure I don't interrupt my sleep.

I have been drinking coffee through my taper and through withdrawal.  Has it helped or hindered me?  I have no idea.  I do enjoy it though.

Caffeine exacerbates my symptoms in a huge way. Interestingly, alcohol doesn't seem to have much of an effect one way or another.

Same here. I drank a special blend one of these days and it felt like i was gonna have a seizure. Coffe Never had this effect before on me, i think because this coffe has higher quality so it had higher caffeine content than the others, i guess?
