0.25mg Xanax + 40mg Prilosec = ?

I know there is an interaction between Prilosec and Xanax/benzos, which either increases the concentration, prolongs the half life or both. However, nowhere is it mentioned the extent of the interaction.

 

Can someone put a number on it?

 

I went 3 months on Prilosec while taking 0.25mg of Xanax every 3 to 7 days, not thinking much of it. Then I abruptly quit the routine and started to rapidly deteriorate which led to me back to sleeping pills and feeling terrible insomnia and nonstop anxiety. I didn't even realize it could have been this interaction until now and 2 months have gone by. Now I'm a scared that I 'cold turkeyed' an intense benzo routine that I should have tapered.
