Swollen Left Breast - Male! 5 months and counting

So I'm 5 months off C/T, not back to normal but compared to the first couple months it's like I'm in heaven

From the laundry list of symptoms I started with they seem to have shrunk down to (fingers crossed) :

Boaty/Dizzy

Head Pressure

Light Sensitivity

Muscle Tension!

And last but certainly not least, a big manboob! Yep just one...

 

Around the time I jumped, my left arm just locked up one night and when I woke up my shoulder was sore, my arm hurt, and my left breast was swollen, all the way into the armpit. This has been never ending. The pressure in the armpit is by far the worst part since it is super strange to hold your arms at your side. Lots of pain in the elbow and shoulder as well. Looking in the mirror, my shoulders are no longer level and it just all around is painful and looks awful.

Heart work, blood work, ultrasounds etc. all are fine. Nothing wrong apparently.

Recently started seeing a chiropractor and osteopath who were both pretty shocked to find that almost all the muscles on the left side of my upper body were just mangled. Incredibly tight and weak.

Stretching makes it marginally better but nothing seems to help and I'm beginning to have doubts it's 100% W/D.

 

Wondering if anyone has any wisdom to share or if anyone has gone through the same thing?

As bad as it to say since I'd never wish any of this even on my worst enemy, it does provide me some comfort to know someone else may be going through the same thing.
