Allergic to daylight...

 

This is what i have asked my Drs for years now (sig)...

Is there a nocternal condition, or can i be allergic to daylight...

Sounds crazy right... -then i started reading about circadian rhythms?? And benzo w/d senses sensitivity...  hypothalamus, etc...  -we can get quite messed up... I had it before benzo was in my system, but was in severe w/d from another med that can be quite similar to benzo in ways...

-it has gotten worse now im tapering V...

 

My worst and first sx is stomach pain/cramps... and has been for over 6 years... But there is that strong CNS brain gut connection to consider...

 

Im wondering if anyone has theories, experience, or speculation... -there is no wrong answer...!!!

I actually am allergic to sunlight. I'm coming up on 5 years since I was able to walk out to the mailbox without covering up with sun protective clothing. A medication did this to me, but it was Ambien, and not sunshine, that took away my sleep.

Test for porphyria just in case. A GI doctor ordered this for me and I had no idea what it was.
