Is your bad memory/cog fog connected to your waves? Words don't come

My memory seems to come and go depending on if I'm in a wave or not. This includes trying to search for the right words in a sentence. Sometimes it's fine and sometimes I can't remember just normal words in a wave.  It's not linear like I would expect cog fog to be. I'm 13.5 months out and most of the one I feel probably 90% over the last month but I'm in a mini wave right now.

I have a lot of memory problems too.  I'm a lecturer in college, and it's horribly embarrassing when I go blank in front of classes.  I my memory has gotten a lot better.
