FATIGUE

Hi Everyone..

 

I am now 12 months off a Klonopin CT........ after only short term use (4.5)months

 

Right now I have such crushing fatigure.. I am so tired ;; I can barely sit up to type...

 

Hope this goes away.....

 

please advise if you know what to do :

Hi MarieElla i am currently having the same fatigue issue as i type this. Unlike u though im a little over 2months into my CT from short term use of Lorazepam 2mg. My fatigue seems to come with the waves i get daily then it eases for a brief moment.

 

But i would think the best thing do if u feel fatigue is to rest as much as you can and if possible to not focus on the feeling.

 

Maybe u cud try energy drinks if u can tolerate it but the main thing would be not to over work your body cuz u jus might feel worst.

 

My withdrawal symptoms are still pretty severe and im pregnant so i experience extreme fatigue daily so i rest and spend lots of my day in bed.

 

Unfortunately i can recommend any supplements that may boost your energy but maybe a change in diet if u havent already done so might help.

 

Hopefully someone on here who is experiencing fatigue may provide so info that could assist the both of us.
