I still feel that the klonopin Fies something but not much.. my period has now ended n my anxiety is still thru the roof.. how do i stop this without going up on the klonopin.. im scared i was doing so well.. I have been taking a .5mgs xanax to bring me down in addition to the klonopin it works for a couple hours then it stops n back to panic.. I planned on tapering but I wanted to get stable with this anxiety before i did.. now what please help?

On my taper attempt in the fall of 2015 (which did not go well) I reinstated and felt great from late October through March 2016. My father died and yet I still felt great, no anxiety, slept well, of course I suffered some depression from grief but overall compared to tapering I felt fantastic. Then I totally crashed by the middle of March, which sounds like what you are going through now, I had spiraling anxiety, I couldn't sleep, started getting sick to my stomach a lot and missing work. I believe it was tolerance. So I got stable by taking remeron and then beginning a taper, now down almost 60 percent.

So yes, I imagine this for you is tolerance. Not sure what advice to offer, but know you are not alone.
