Post concussion symptoms

So about 6 months ago I sustained a concussion which rocked me terribly and complicated my withdrawal and taper. There are now a lot of overlapping symptoms and I understand most things can be chalked up to the withdrawal process but not everything. There was a defining moment where I injured my head and from that day on my only have my withdrawal symptoms been exacerbated, I now have lingering post concussion symptoms that were never there prior to the knock to the head. Terrible dizziness and vestibular dysfunction 24/7, chronic migraines, nausea, worsened cognition and memory. I'm not in the habit of asking for medical advice but I am curious if anyone else has had anything of this nature happen to them in withdrawal or anything that they endured that was debilitating and complicated their withdrawal and neurology?

My biggest dilemma is do I try and treat / manage these symptoms to get back to a more functioning baseline prior to the injury or do I simply "grit my teeth" and get withdrawal out of the way before tending to this issue. I think both conditions are synergistically making the other harder to heal so I feel like I'm facing an uphill battle here.

Has anyone had any major major setbacks like this? Can anybody relate or offer any advice? I'm terrified of this hindering both my recovery from withdrawal and the withdrawal hindering the recovery from the post concussion issues.

Thanks in advance
