Reinstated again need help to taper

Hi I Ct in Oct 2015 for 4 months . I reinstated in February due to the chronic head pain I couldn't deal with the pain , I was on Clonazapam and tapered off that until October. I was almost 3 months off and had a panic attack that lasted 3 days the doctor increased my antidepressants and put me on Ativan . Now I have been on it for 2 weeks . I need to be successfully with this taper I don't know where to begin . My symptoms are head pressure and inner vibrations and feeling I am moving when I am not .  Help

I'm sorry this is happening to you.  Reinstatements can be somewhat unpredictable and repeated withdrawals can be difficult as well.  Let me give you a couple of links to boards to start posting about a taper and your symptoms:
