Sickness make SXE worse

Recommended Posts

Another post from me in a row, just in so much pain last week until now. So I'm sick with the flu but it seems to be clearing up fast so no drugs needed this time besides ibuprofen to get rid of my fever that lasted 2 days. Anyways I'm having an increase in sxe real bad. The muscle aches are lingering, nausea is all day ( threw up more today than when I was sick ). I'm very depressed and in so much pain with my hiatal hernia ( other post ). Anyone experience this after an illness? Any explanation why? I'm thinking my body just sucked up all available to use for my immune cells.

The times I've been sick in my taper and withdrawal have definitely always made all of my symptoms much, much worse for a couple of weeks.  Good news is when you recover from whatever sickness, and the symptoms roll back to "normal", I've found I can deal with them much better, (after having it so rough)

It always seems like it's "forever", but it does go away!

Thankyou, and you were right. As my cold cleared up and things improved it put things into perspective. I hear stories about people coming out the other side of this feeling better than when they started the medicine in the first place. This happened my first taper. Hope I have that to look forward to this time as well, but the third time as been so different.
