Made 5 day batch using 247ml H20, dissolved 2.5mg (five .5 pills) in 3ml 100 proof vodka/180 proof Everclear mix. Then draw .25ml less each day for .0025 mg. drop. Same drop as last titration. This should be .01 mg/per ml.

Then using Celeste tapers-Google spreadsheets I entered .5 dry dose for clonazapam and the entered 2.5 dissolve dose. 250 ml H20. Entered .25ml increments. Numbers all look right.

Now what I did next is to go down the sheet until I find the klonipin mg intake I was at on the previous titration. In this case .850 then pull 35.00ml and drink. Next day pull .25ml less for 34.75 and so on.

Now for the most important question. Using this ratio is the difference between a .0020 mg drop and a .0030 mg drop just one tenth of a ml.?

This is a real question as my mind comes and goes at this time. Having a bad day maybe just a wave but I was functional until today and now moderately so.  Thanks forever GC.

hi good chance, I spent a lot of time studying available spreadsheets. I believe I have the Celeste one. The problem with these spreadsheets that I have found, is the cumulative cuts add up to where you are cutting much larger percentage as dose goes down. I was never able to figure out how to keep at the desired percentage from last monthlys ending dose, keeping percentage the same. Finally I ended up hiring a freelance excel expert online  to keep my monthly dose reductions all at the same percentages. I have to have a spreadsheet or I'll get totally lost. I kept my monthly percentage low so I can increase if needed. Just an idea so the spreadsheet doesn't mess up your rate.  Nicole

Thanks for the info. Just to let everyone know, I feel much better today. I always have more sxm. when changing taper rates. I really think it's in my mind. Anxiety about the change, fear, etc. causes the uptake in sxms. So far with every change the sxms. return to baseline. Just a tired, yucky feeling with minor pains here and there. And always really bad cog-fog.  Yoga really helps with the pains. I like the idea of a 5 day batch. At this point it lasts 7 days. Will last longer later on.

I will attempt to slowly raise my taper rate. By using the .01mg=1ml ratio I should be able to lower my rate to very slow towards the end of my taper. And all I'll need to use is a 1ml syringe. I will adjust according to what my body says. Thanks to builder and all the others I think I have found the taper method that I will use for now on. Onward to healing. Thanks everyone! GC
