Symptoms lifting a bit more - slowly, but I'm grateful

The process of feeling better is so slow that  everyday seems the same, however I can see small improvements. I have more windows throughout the day without brain fog, but then it comes back, but not as intense. Mornings are still hard, but the bouts with anxiety don't seem to last as long. I haven't had a panic attack but still have racing heart at times, but It also seems less intense. Not as dizzy when I wake up, and the head sensations are letting up a bit more. Still feeling disconnected from the world, but today that has improved a little. I hope this is me turning a corner. It's been hell, but I'm trusting God will turn things around for me this week in a major way, I'm praying the same for the rest of you that are currently suffering.

That's exactly how it is for me too. I can't really see a difference from day to day or even week to week but if I look back month to month then I can see the progress I've made. There definitely has been improvement. Yes, God is good and He is faithful. We can depend on Him !

Yes we can, and I'm determined to depend on him to see me through this. Its been so hard, but once I'm through this, I can always use this time as a testimony.

HI ESpeaking,

I'm so glad that you're seeing some improvements and I pray that corner isn't far away for you. I know I'm no where near 100% healed at the moment but the days that are more manageable are like a piece of magic.

We have to see all these little improvements as signs of healing.

Stay strong sweety.

Tallow Love

Someone suggested to keep a journal. It's easy to forget the progress we make because of the waves and windows. At 27 months, I'm still healing! It's taken a lot longer than I thought, or anyone else for that matter. This causes discouragement but progress is being made. We are so use to a system that has a pill that makes it all better. Real healing takes time! I have learned a great deal about this subject since I started this horrific journey. I have learned a lot about myself as well.
