Good days/Bad days

Is it normal to feel both good days and bad days within the 2 week taper window? Yesterday I was anxiety free all day and it's back today. I'm on day 10 into my cut. Tell me I'm not crazy! Would love to have like 3 whole days in a row feeling good! I hate this roller coaster.

Sounds pretty normal.  You may also have easy cuts and difficult cuts - even though you're cutting the same amount/percent.

 

Very little rhyme or reason to all of this.  Just make good decisions and ride it out as best you can.

I'm tapering off Valium, definitely have good and bad days. It was kind of predictable for a while, days 2-3 and 7-8 would be bad after a cut. Now I seem to be all over the place.

Normal. I had a good day last Tuesday.  And one yesterday.

Today I'm in bed, can't even hold a conversation with my best friend without getting in a panic state.

I never know what I'm going to get from day to day. I just pray every night and every morning before my day starts that it will be a good one. I don't always get what I want, unfortunately.  :'(

Thank you Me2. I really appreciate everyone's responses. I don't feel like the lone ranger when I hear that others feel this craziness too. Sometimes I'm like --- is this just me? Hope this craziness gets better in lower doses.
