In the afternoon i get this weird sensation at top of my belly and and i can feel my heart beat also for a few seconds it makes me a bit anxious...this is not every day but most fays i feel like this in afternoon or going home.

I think this one can help you to feel more relaxed, the stomach has an huge impact on everything in the body, even the heart. The w/d courses a lot of stress and anxiety and we often feel it in the stomach. It is w/d and it will pass in time.
