Please! Can someone help me develop a titration as schedule for tapering off of .25 K.  I usually split my dose in 2. I have been feeling tolerance effects for some months already. Thank you all s o much!

Dissolve 2mg K tablets in 4ml vodka, and add 196ml water.  You now have 200ml of liquid K, .01mg=1ml

 

To do a 20%/month daily liquid taper...

 

.25mg X 20% = .05mg

.05mg/30 days = .0016mg/day cut  (round up to .002mg/day)

 

Your schedule would be...

 

.25mg (25ml)

.248mg (24.8ml)

.246mg (24.6ml)

.242mg (24.2ml)

 

etc...

 

Each day's dose will be yesterdays dose minus .002 mg (.2ml)

 

Your liquid will be stable and non-perishable.  It's best stored at room temp. 1ml and 10ml oral syringes are readily available from Amazon, or free at most pharmacies
