Does anyone experience pain at the back of the neck l have had this for month's and not sure if it's anything to do with withdrawal as all my other symptoms have gone or are mild but this does not let up sometimes it's not so bad but alway's there l would love to hear from anyone who is dealing with this too... Thanks

My neck has hurt the entire time I've been W/D. All day everyday. I have tried stretching, heat, ice, exercise, etc. It just won't seem to subside.

I get right side neck, ear and jaw pain that can be intense.  Dentist ruled out teeth, another doc thinks it's arthritis in jaw joint.  I think it's possibly withdrawal aggravating old whiplash injury.  Heat helps temporarily, CBD oil takes the edge off,  ibuprofen helps (but I hate to take it).  Going to talk to acupuncture provider and cranial sacral therapist about it.  Neck pain seems to be a pretty common withdrawal symptom from what I've read on BB.

I have severe pain in the right side of my neck and down into the muscles under the right collar bone. I think it's withdrawal. I can't even get my coat on and off. Sometimes it extends into my jaw and my ear. Horrible. It's made the Tinnitus worse too. This too shall pass.

I just want to add in here that, having had CHRONIC neck pain for well over a year - from that sort of locked-in block-tension beyond any ability to loosen it, to a much milder period of cricks and 'caughtness', it seems to have eased a good bit over the last few days.

There is now a greater flow and ease of movement - impossible only a week ago.

I'm posting this here - and on the other thread - because my prime interest was in hearing from someone - anyone -  who had been through this, to find out if it all eased with "time" like everything else.

I'm beginning now to believe it does - and will keep you posted

I had daily neck pain for 4 years -- 2 while in tolerance wd and 2 years after I cold turkeyed.  I tried everything to get rid of it and nothing worked.  One morning I woke up and it had vanished never to return.  It was really bad.  Kept me up many nights and took all day to loosen up even a little.

I'm certain it was related to the drug damage.  Now it's gone!!!  Hold on everyone, healing happens!

The most uplifting post of today for me :smitten: the neck pain has been with me since tolerance two years and it kinda dissapeared for nearly a month when I jumped, but has now been back in full force for the last 4-5 weeks. Thank you sooo much, it really puts an ease on my mind :)
