Hi guys.

My husband has been on 1mg Ativan for 4 month and wants to quit. The previous trial was probably too fast and did not work out that well. So now he is back on 1mg and we dtarted slow titration taper:

First he went down to .75 for a few days and since then we started taking .02 off every day. We thought to keep on that pace till we get to .25 and then start tapering .01 every day.

Are we doing it too fast? Right now we are on .67 and so far so good. Symptoms are bareable.

Should we slow down more?

He really wants to be off asap....

BTW do you think withdrawing would be easier for him bacause he only had them for short period? And quite a small dose?
