Hi there,

 

Some may remember me – I almost escaped diazepam about a year ago but am back in its clutches again. I'm about to embark on my taper but have reservations about doing it as my last attempt was so horrific. The visual distortions were probably the worst part of it (pretty positive they were due to the taper and not other medications).

 

Anyway – some words of support and encouragement would be appreciated. See my current regiment of meds below. I really want to start my taper soon but as I mentioned am sh&t scared of doing it.
