Yes, I believe so.  All of this is just such a shock to the system that it takes time.  For me, acceptance is the biggest key to healing.

Are you logging signs of improvement? Are you in exactly the same place you were when starting out?

I am much better but not healed. Still dealing with insomnia, muscle and verve pain as well as headaches.

 

Still feel the buzzing in the brain, anxiety

 

I would have never imagined that I'd be in trouble 22 months later

It's a good idea to keep a progress log, if you don't already. I look at old things and can't believe how much better I am, even though I'm also still not healed completely.

None of us imagined this would happen to us. Life gets creative sometimes.

I want to belive in that.I am just 6 month out but when ever I have window it gives me hope and I want to believe healing is possible.
