There is relief, Just passed 5 year sobriety, PAWS is almost gone (Year long window with one or two short episodes of derealization and panic like attack)

 

Chronic kindled alcoholic and one months script of Ativan almost killed me.

 

Its been a long, hard road but there is hope!

It provides a great deal of information that can be very reassuring during any stage of this process, including a list of common symptoms with helpful explanations.

One month. Wow. I'm sorry this is so bad for you.  Can you even imagine what it's like for someone like me?  Just think about that one for awhile....
